Welcome to Chandrika Jewellery, an online jewellery store dedicated to offering high-quality handcrafted jewellery, fashion jewellery, bridal sets, and custom designs. By accessing and browsing our website or purchasing products through our platform (including our Instagram shop and checkout links), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

• Once the item is sold to the customer and delivered into their hands, he/she is responsible for any change of weight or length/size. We always present the weight and the length/size for confirmation before delivering the item.
• Once a HUID’ed item is sold, it will not be altered or returned without genuine reasons.
• Weight has no relevance for gold/silver items sold on MRP.
• Silver articles get affected by ozone, hydrogen sulphide, and sulphur dioxide (present in polluted air), hence blackening is not due to impure silver.
• AADHAR CARD & PAN CARD are compulsory if the bill amount exceeds ₹2 lakhs or if payment is made in cash.
• Our guarantee does not cover durability, strength, breakage, polish, or falling of stones. These depend on storage and handling. However, we may repair jewellery within one month from invoice date.
• Only cheque payment will be made against URD/old metal purchase. Bill and ID proofs are mandatory.
• Jewellery discoloration may occur due to reactions with mercury, perfumes, acids, etc. These items should be brought for cleaning and repolishing and should not be considered inferior quality.
• Weight tolerance of ±0.030 mg is applicable. Differences may occur between sale and purchase rates.
• Refunds above ₹10,000 will be made via crossed cheque. For RTGS, a cancelled cheque and ID proof are required.
• Stone and black beads weight in invoice may vary from actual weight, but invoice weight will be considered during exchange/resale.
• Wear and tear (deterioration/abrasion) may occur over time.
• If payment is made via cheque/DD, delivery will happen only after clearance. Cheque return charges: ₹500.
• Item must match description and weight as per invoice for exchange.

• No full-value exchange if jewellery is tampered, altered, misused, broken, or repaired.
• For exchange, labour charges, weight loss, and solder percentage will be deducted.
• Unmounted stone exchange:

Within 10 days: 10% deduction

After 10 days: 25% deduction
(Applicable for stones above ₹7000 per carat)

• Exchange/buyback not valid for pearls and corals (organic stones). Gold value will be refunded as per current market rate and purity.
• Booking: 50% advance required. If less than 50%, rate valid only for 5 days.
• Orders cannot be changed once booked.
• Making charges will be deducted if delivery is not taken within one month or order is cancelled.
• During resale, gold value will be refunded as per current market rate and purity.
