The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition along with original packaging, tags, certificates (if applicable), and invoice. Any product showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or refund.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in specific cases such as receiving an incorrect product, a damaged item, or a manufacturing defect confirmed by our quality inspection team. Please note that customized or personalized jewelry, including engraved pieces, cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.
